1. Reservations & Rates
- Reservations are confirmed upon valid payment or deposit.
- Rates may vary by date, occupancy, offers, and taxes.
- Special rates (non-refundable, promotional, peak-season) override general terms.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in: 12:00 PM · Standard check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and extra charges.
- Valid government-issued ID is required for all adult guests.
3. Payments, Taxes & Incidental Charges
- All incidentals (meals, services) must be settled before departure.
- Taxes/levies are charged per local law at billing.

5. Liability & Conduct
- Guests are responsible for damages or losses caused during their stay.
