Cancellation Policy
At Hotel Zenvalley, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Standard Bookings
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to [X days] prior to check-in will not incur any cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within [X days] of check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee of [X% of total booking amount or one night’s stay, whichever is higher].
- No-Show: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled in advance will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
2. Group/Long-Stay Bookings
For group bookings (more than [X rooms]) or stays longer than [X nights], a separate cancellation policy may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7–14 business days] to the original mode of payment.
- Service charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
4. Modifications
Date modifications are subject to room availability and may attract revised rates. Any modification request must be made at least [X days] prior to check-in.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other situations beyond our control, the hotel reserves the right to waive or modify the cancellation policy at its discretion.
